How does the subscription work?
Each month you will receive an envelope filled with the following:

• A heartfelt letter sharing my reflections and inspiration for the month

• An original illustrated 10 x 15 cm postcard print

• A themed sticker or sticker sheet

• Exclusive monthly goodies*

I missed the previous month! Can I still get it?
Catch-up mail will be made available on the website at a higher price and without monthly exclusives so as to be fair to the members who subscribed. 

Which countries do you ship to?
mami•mono is based in Singapore but we ship worldwide!

When will I receive my first envelope?
Subscribe until the end of the month and you will receive that month’s mail. Subscriptions ship on the last day of each month. 

Will I be charged automatically?
This is a recurring subscription, and members will be billed monthly. You have the option of cancelling anytime through your account.

What if my envelope gets lost?
Untracked mail, while generally reliable, can be a little unpredictable sometimes. If your mail doesn’t arrive within one month, let me know and we can work it out from there!
